Store & Shipping Policy

Domestic UPS shipping details:

  • UPS shipping and delivery days are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.
  • UPS WILL NOT deliver on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays regardless of what shipping method you choose. (Example: If you place an order on Friday and request Overnight delivery, that order will not arrive until Monday.)
  • UPS Ground shipping takes 1-5 business days.
  • Our UPS daily pick-up is approximately 11:00 a.m. Mon-Fri.
  • UPS 2-DAY AIR or Next Day Air Saver orders must be received by 10:00 a.m. to be considered for same day shipping.
  • The day of shipping should not be included when estimating transit/delivery times.
  • We cannot be responsible for delays in transit due to weather or acts of God/nature.
  • Shipping is based on the weight of the package and it's final destination.

Please be sure the shipping address you provide to us is accurate:

  • Orders returned due to an insufficient/incorrect delivery address will be refunded for the cost of the product only. Shipping fees are NOT refundable.
  • If you would like the item reshipped, a reshipping fee will be charged if the order is sent to a different or corrected address.

Returns and Exchanges:

Your satisfaction is important to us and we want you to shop with confidence. We offer a 30-day, money back guarantee on most orders with the following exceptions:

  • Personalized gifts may not be returned.
  • Memorial gift tree orders cannot be replaced or returned after 30 days.
  • Claims for missing or damaged products must be made within 30 days of the original order date.

To return an item for any reason, just repack the gift in its original packaging, if possible. Please include your order number and/or the name that the item was ordered under or a copy of your confirmation email. Sorry, shipping & handling fees are not refundable on returns and you must pay for return shipping.  Refunds will be issued to the orginal form of payment only.  Store credit may also be requested. 

For your security, please return your gift with an insured courier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS Parcel Post) and retain your receipt. The Comfort Company is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.

Order Errors:

Because of the importance of the special gifts we send, we strive for 100% accuracy on all orders that leave our warehouse. In the rare event that a mistake was made on an order you placed, please let us know so that we can correct the error as quickly as possible. There are truly people behind this website who care about each gift that is shipped!
